Description
Welcome to J.Exley Ltd. specialists in the dismantling, movement and installation of all kinds of heavy industrial machinery. Our fleet includes air suspension trailers for delicate loads, through to engineering plant weighing many tonnes. We have always invested in the latest technology in lifting equipment, therefore we are able to offer our customers the quickest, safest and most cost effective solution for their plant installation or removal problem.

Our current fleet consists of wagon lorry loaders from 20 metric tonne up to 60metric tonne, the latter being capable of lifting 15metric tonnes onto the back of the wagon. Our cranes range from 10 tonnes to 35 tonnes, we also have various forklifts ranging from 3tonnes capacity up to one which can lift 6.8 tonnes to a height of 7.25 metres. We are adding a 100metric tonnes plus lorry loader with the capacity to load 20 tonnes onto a special trailer unit. This should in many cases alleviate the need to hire both a mobile crane to carry out the lift and a lorry loader to move the object, which should save money for our customers.

As we have our own team of dedicated workmen, specialist equipment, wagons, cranes and forklifts, we can carry out most jobs "in house" as we do not have to rely on outside contractors. Being able to give you this all round service means you will get the least possible disruption to production.

We are able to plan, advise, manage and complete the most complex industrial removal tasks, every project large or small will be given the same meticulous attention and every detail will be assessed and confirmed to ensure that the operation goes smoothly irrespective of the size, weight, price or location.

With over 50 years experience in transporting industrial machinery, plant and abnormal loads throughout the UK, we are well versed in route planning and liaison with local authorities and police to ensure that the load is delivered quickly and safely with as little disruption to traffic as possible. Health and safety is a priority. All our operators are well qualified and have C.I.T.B certificates for crane driving, slinging and banksman duties, forklift driving and operating lorry loaders, they are also sent on regular refresher courses.
